Riverside Book fair
Mark your calendars! The Riverside Book fair is October 13th to the 16th. Set up will be on October 10th and break down will be on October 17th. Both set up and break down are not labor intensive. In fact its a nice time to use your creative talents while getting a sneak peek at all the books. While volunteering during the fair you may be helping children select age appropriate books, choosing their free book or trying your hand at the cash register. All of the “jobs” are a lot of fun and a great way to interact with your child, meet other parents and teachers and gain an increased sense of community. No experience is necessary.
